Who are the Penn Pipers?

The Penn Pipers, founded in 1950, is the oldest a cappella group at the University of Pennsylvania. A subset of the Penn Glee Club, it covers a wide range of music, from doo-wop, barbershop and vocal jazz, to contemporary and pop songs.

What do the Penn Pipers do in a year?

The Penn Pipers perform at Glee Club shows in the spring and fall, and they join the Penn Sirens in a joint show in the spring. Pipers also do caroling every winter in Collingswood, New Jersey along with various gigs and performances from retirement homes to events on Penn’s campus.
